What is your primary product or service?
Our primary service is Microsoft Office products. However, we offer Business skills/Soft skills training. We also are willing to customize training for our clients.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have been a desktop end-user apps trainer since 1995. Over the years, the trend in training has focused on technical training. Although IT training is crucial, training end-users is also a necessity in order to create a productive and successful work environment with confident and competent employees.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
The trainers at DeBow Training Services LLC create an enjoyable, yet professional learning environment. Our clients appreciate the patience and respect shown to each student. The students also appreciate the knowledge that is shared in each class that goes beyond the training manual.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our services are offered throughout the US. We have traveled throughout the US to train for clients that have a presence in multiple states.
