How long have you been in business?
Phantom Technology Solutions has been locally owned and operated in the Michiana area since 2009.
What is your primary product or service?
We provide computer and cellphone repair & support, network administration, web hosting and design and development, application development, software and electronic sales, security install and services, and much more.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Henry was an IT administrator for a company and with that had many dealings with many IT companies. He came up with the notion that he could provide a wide range of technology services to customers with the service he as a client would like to receive and with that created PhantomTS.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Phantom Technology prides themselves on their professionalism and their customer service. We strive to make our client's lives easier through technology. Clients only need to call one number for all of their technology needs allowing them to get back to the things that are important to them.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
PhantomTS is currently located in the heart of New Carlisle, IN but would like to eventually expand.

PhantomTS is located at 109 E. Michigan Street which is also known as US Highway 20 in New Carlisle Indiana. We are just minutes from South Bend and LaPorte. Our service area blankets most of Northern Indiana, Southern Michigan, and Eastern Illinois. Primary service areas include La Porte, South Bend, Mishawaka, Granger, Niles, New Carlisle, Michigan City and many more. For those with specialty projects outside of these areas, we can arrange for special trips. We do occasionally service clients in greater Midwest region and beyond per request.

We accept cash, check, credit card, and certified funds.

We service residential, commercial, government, and nonprofit organizations.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Henry Timm is the owner/president and Marisa Felske is the offices' Administrative Coordinator not to forget our service technicians.

Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST and Saturdays 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM EST
